We are Happy to Enroll you as a member of poondi Madha Basilica The Membership card enclosed herewith The Amount of subscription is prescribed as follows:

1.You may pay Rs.100 or more as monthly subscription, according to your convenience. You may pay it every month or annually.

2.If you want to become a life member, you have to pay a lumpsum of Rs.5,000/-

3.If you pay a monthly scuscription of Rs. 100/- for 5 years continuously, you will become a life member.

4.We remember and pray for you during every mass offered at the shrine.

5.First Saturday of every month we offer the Novena mass for your intensions.

6.Membership is not transferable.

7.Please bring this membership cared whenever you come to the Shrine.

Important:
1. We are unable to reserve rooms for the members atleast for a few years,but,we can give preference to the members whrn alloting rooms,
2. Kinldy Let us know : if there is nay change of your address if there is any mistakes in the name of address,
3. Please mention the code number in all your correspondence.
